[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Dear friends,
What are your shopping habits? Do you:
[dt_list style=”1″ bullet_position=”middle” dividers=”false”][dt_list_item image=””]Shop often for yet another pair of shoes or one more fashionable, celebrity-endorsed handbag, just because you want them?[/dt_list_item][dt_list_item image=””]Keep buying more and more clothes, accessories, lipsticks and perfumes that you seldom use?[/dt_list_item][/dt_list]
Or do you:
[dt_list style=”1″ bullet_position=”middle” dividers=”false”][dt_list_item image=””]Feel guilty about spending money on yourself, preferring to buy clothes for your children?[/dt_list_item][dt_list_item image=””]Do you prefer to make do with old, second-hand clothes or buy for yourself only on sales?[/dt_list_item][/dt_list]
Even if you fall somewhere in-between these extremes, it’s always helpful to be conscious of how you spend money and shop for clothes, because this is a highly charged area for many women. Whether you’re shopping too much or too little can give you lots of insights into yourself and your self-esteem.
Because most of us don’t know how to shop, we get overwhelmed and sidetracked by the wide range of what’s available and therefore come back from a shopping trip with a new bikini and a ball gown when we actually needed a white T-shirt, a jacket in a Classic Colour, red sandals and silver bracelets.
Conscious shopping is different from what you may be used to but give this system a try and you’ll reap the benefits!
